The Yahoo boy, who used to work as an apprentice with a phone dealer, explained that he was introduced to internet fraud by a group of people close to his workplace. Seeking faster and easier ways to make money, he was directed to a herbalist who provided him with a black soap. Initially, the soap seemed to work as he experienced some financial success for about a week. However, after that week, his life took a turn for the worse. He became extremely poor, had to sell his belongings including his phone, and even suffered from difficulties in reading and comprehending words.

In his own words, he said, "They gave me the man's number on WhatsApp. The man said if I wanted to use the soap, I had to pay ₦21,000. My friend and I contributed the money. Since I used the soap, it worked for only one week. After that week, I became broke and had to sell my phone and everything I had. Since then, I have noticed that I lost my ability to read properly."

The video serves as a cautionary tale, highlighting the risks and consequences associated with engaging in fraudulent activities and seeking shortcuts to wealth. It also emphasizes the importance of making ethical choices and pursuing legitimate means of earning a living.
