A University of Lagos student specializing in marine biology and fisheries, identified as Night King, took to a market square to express his strong objections regarding the recent tuition fee hikes in government universities across the country. Night King, who claimed to be a student in the faculty, expressed his dismay over the sudden and significant increase to fish vendors at the market.
In a video he posted, Night King can be seen passionately voicing his concerns to the market women, informing them that UNILAG raised its tuition fees from N21K to N140K. He questioned the rationale behind spending such a substantial amount of money on a course like Fishery.
