According to her, the deficiency in effective listening and communication skills among SS3 students is a prevalent issue in public schools. The lady does not shy away from criticizing teachers in government schools, accusing them of excessive pampering, which she believes hampers the intellectual growth of students.

Adding to her observations, she contends that a student's academic fate in government schools often hinges on their relationship with the teacher. Allegedly, students who are favored by teachers pass their sessions, while those less favored face the risk of failure.

Expressing her dismay, the lady laments the transformation of government schools into mere places for students to pass time while their parents are at work. She bemoans the perceived decline in the quality of education provided by government schools, asserting that they no longer maintain the standards of the past.
