Songster, Simisola Kosoko a.k.a Simi [/b]has expressed her criticism towards influencers, Ashmusy [/b]and Nons Miraj for their involvement in a video that portrays the behavior of African mothers.
Just a few days ago, a video with supposed comedic intentions was shared on Ashmusy's page. In this video, Ashmusy, along with other skit makers, including Nons Miraj, depicted the mannerisms of African mothers [/b]at events.
The skit makers were seen dressed as elderly mothers in a restaurant, eating hastily and mimicking the way older individuals often behave at social gatherings, particularly in taking photos.

Reacting to the video, Simi has dragged the skit makers as she described the video as a mess. According to her, the picture depicted in the video by the skit makers did not match the reality as many mothers she knows do not behave as such.
She tweeted, “That video about African moms where they looked a mess and were eating like dogs made me mad af. I don’t know anybody’s mom that acts like that. Y’all get your jokes together.”
