Nigerian music producer, Don Jazzy, has revealed that he and Wizkid recorded two songs together, but the tracks were never released to the public. Don Jazzy made this disclosure during a question and answer session with his fans on his Instagram page.
In response to a question from a follower who asked when he would collaborate with the Grammy-winning singer, Don Jazzy explained that they worked on two songs together, but they were unreleased because they weren't up to standard. "We actually did like two songs a while back, but we never released them. I don't know, I think it wasn't good enough," he said.
He went on to say, "Sometimes we have those days when you do some songs, and people are not feeling it like that. But then we had 'Surulere' remix. I think that's the only time that we have worked other than those other two songs that I said we did but didn't put out."
However, Don Jazzy remains hopeful that he will collaborate with Wizkid again in the future. "One day. I don't know, you know how those things go. You know I'm upcoming. One day we will be in the studio together. It will happen," he said.
