A middle-aged African man is overcome with uncontrollable tears as he opens up about the traumatic bullying experience he's enduring at his workplace, orchestrated by corrupt superiors.
A circulating video on social media captures the man pouring out his heart, describing the mental anguish and bullying he's facing in his workplace.
According to his narrative, after being recently transferred to a new office, he discovered dysfunctional departments. In an effort to improve the situation, he initiated recruitments, only to find himself targeted when he refused to turn a blind eye to corrupt practices happening under his watch.
This decision led to him becoming a victim of bullying and oppression orchestrated by his superiors. In the emotionally charged video, he weeps like a child while underscoring the threats to his life.
In his own words:
“Good evening everyone, thank you for your concerns. I’m facing a bully in real life and I can’t take it anymore.
I work as a spokesperson and recently I found some things are not functional as a junior, I wanted to create a friendly environment so I could enjoy the job. I recruited and everything started working well.
There is this one person who turned the back of the recruits against me, plotted against me and created lies against my name. They want me to do favours for their people who are corrupt but I refuse.
They threatened me; my life is not safe. I wish I could get another job. It’s hurting me and I am trying to be strong. I know I might get killed.”
