I slapped him so hard, my handprint was on his face. I wish I took a picture. I’m still shaking, but I’m glad I reacted immediately. I’m going home to cry.”
The woman emphasized that she did not hesitate in defending herself when the man crossed the line. She continued, “Honestly, I’m not braver than anyone. I’ve frozen before and gone home to cry. Sometimes, I downplay it and blame myself. But today, I was just full of it, and I made sure to hit him with all my strength so he could at least feel the impact of what he did. I still cried because you can never truly get over it.”
