A woman recently took to social media to express her frustration after her boyfriend deducted 1,000 naira from her monthly girlfriend allowance.
Identified by her handle as @sharonpeculia, she shared that her boyfriend routinely provides her with a generous monthly allowance of 100,000 naira.
However, during the month, she had borrowed 1,000 naira from him. To her surprise, when her boyfriend transferred the monthly allowance, he subtracted the borrowed amount, leaving her with 99,000 naira.
She vented her frustration by sharing a screenshot of the transaction alert and captioned it:
“This man deducted the 1k I borrowed from him from my allowance 😭😭😭”
