According to the user, there have been speculations that the occupants fled during a religious crisis that took place in the Northern state several years ago.

In a comprehensive thread, the user states:

“A property in my neighborhood has remained uninhabited for approximately 30 years or more, with the actual owner(s) whereabouts unknown. Despite the efforts of local stakeholders to locate the owners over the years, their quest has yielded no results.

“It is believed that during a past religious crisis in Kaduna, the owner and their family left the house and left most of their belongings behind, a situation that persists to this day.

The original owners cannot be located. He has attempted to sell the property on numerous occasions and, when unsuccessful, he resorted to legal action against neighborhood stakeholders attempting to prevent the sale.

Thus, I am employing this platform to reach out to relatives or acquaintances who may recognize individuals featured in the photo album. Twitter community, it's time to work your magic.”

In an update on the search, the user confirmed that the owners were located and had personally visited the property.

“Indeed, Twitter is a powerful platform. I am pleased to inform you that within less than 24 hours, the family has been located through their daughter @deyjohke. Moreover, the father, presumed to be deceased, is alive and well. We even spoke with him over the phone,” the user added.
