SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the Public Relations Officer of the Police, has responded to the murder case involving Trevboi. Trevboi, a former signee of Davido, was declared wanted after allegedly killing a young man at a nightclub in Fadeyi, Lagos.
A friend of the deceased took to Twitter to reveal that Trevboi shot and killed the man at Bar 38 club, urging the police to arrest him. In response, SP Benjamin Hundeyin disclosed that the police initiated an investigation immediately after the incident occurred. He further revealed that the suspect fled the scene on foot, abandoning his car, which is now in police custody along with the accompanying documents.
SP Benjamin Hundeyin confirmed that the investigation is currently ongoing, indicating that the police are actively pursuing the case.
