Pastor Chibuzor Chinyere, the founder of Omega Power Ministries (OPM), has come forward to refute the claims of abandonment made by the family of the late Deborah Samuel. According to Deborah's parents, they were facing eviction due to unpaid rent despite their belief that they were offered a free residence. However, during a press conference, Pastor Chibuzor stated that he had provided the family with a 14-flat mini-estate, making them landlords who could collect rent from tenants. He criticized the family as ungrateful for falsely accusing him of causing them distress, despite his efforts to improve their lives. The pastor also revealed that he had given Deborah's father a car to start a taxi business and had opened a fully stocked shop for her mother. Expressing confusion, he questioned whether they expected him to regularly supervise their management of the apartments and business. Additionally, the pastor shared a story of another individual who had received help from him and was able to purchase his own land.
