A Nigerian lady Oby Asiegbu has captured the attention of many online by showcasing her mother’s [/b]wedding ring, which has been firmly stuck on her finger since 1976.
The video, which has since gone viral, depicts Oby Asiegbu displaying her mother’s wedding ring, accompanied by a narration detailing the ring’s remarkable history.
According to the lady, her mother has worn the ring continuously for 48 years without ever removing it from her finger.
However, over the years, her mother’s finger has accumulated flesh, causing the ring to become permanently affixed.
Oby Asiegbu expressed her amusement and admiration for her mother’s enduring commitment to the ring, noting that attempts to remove it proved futile due to the significant changes in her mother’s finger size over the decades.
Remarkably, the lady mentioned that her father, to whom her mother is married, is still alive.
