Netizens are calling for the need for Child Protective Services in Nigeria. This has triggered a call for an agency responsible for providing child protection like in the United States of America. Some reactions suggest that the chemical in the dye can damage the baby's hair, while others say that exposing a child to chemicals at this age is wrong.
A video making the rounds a social media captured a mother showing off the state of her child after changing the colour of her hair.
The child was seen with golden hair from applying chemical bleaching agents. The mother expressed joy while at it in the short video.
This however triggered a call for an agency in Nigeria just like in the United States of America responsible for providing child protection.
