Many Nigerians are backward – Kiddwaya reacts to backlash over tweet asking Nigerians not to put their faith in God too much

Big Brother Naija star, Kiddwaya has shared a rejoinder tweet which served as his response to the backlash he faced after asking his followers not to put their faith in God too much.

Kiddwaya who is the son of billionaire Terry Waya had asked his followers not to put their faith in God too much because he gave them the power to believe in themselves.

The tweet however stirred up mixed reactions as some accused him of thinking life is easy since his father is rich.

Reacting to the comment that trailed his tweet and how it was reported in the media, Kiddwaya stated that most Nigerians are backward and can’t fathom a world outside religion or taboo subjects.

He tweeted in response;

“You failed to understand a simple message in that tweet. You like many other Nigerian’s are backwards and can’t fathom a world outside religion or taboo subjects. You can’t even challenge yourself to think outside the status quo. You’re thirst for click baits has made you fragile”
