Prominent singer, Naira Marley, has faced a substantial setback as he experiences a loss of 500K followers on Instagram, amidst the controversy surrounding the demise of his former signee, Mohbad.
It's worth noting that videos and reports have linked the Marlian Record label boss to allegations of mistreatment directed towards the late singer during his lifetime.
There were claims that Naira Marley supposedly sent his friend, Sam Larry, to harass Mohbad. Furthermore, a video depicting Sam Larry and a group of individuals harassing Mohbad on set had also surfaced.
Evidently, fans who have become disheartened by Naira Marley's alleged involvement in the matter have started unfollowing him in significant numbers.
He has now lost over 500K Instagram followers. At the time of compiling this report, his account, which initially boasted 7.4 million followers, had sharply dropped to 7.2 million.
