Man vents his frustration after receiving a book as a gift from his girlfriend for his birthday, despite spending over N100K to celebrate hers.
In a story shared by @Hauwa_L online, the man, who is a friend of the narrator, expressed his outrage over the seemingly inadequate gift.
Evidently disappointed, the man received a gift from his girlfriend that he considered too modest, especially in comparison to his lavish celebration of her birthday.
According to the account, the girlfriend presented him with a book titled 'How To Be Productive', presumably because he tends to wake up late, around 10 am.
Adding insult to injury, the man had spared no expense in celebrating his girlfriend's birthday, having reportedly spent over N100K on her special day.
“My friend just called me annoyed as fuck. He said he spent over 100k on a babe’s birthday and on his birthday, she gave him a book titled ‘How To Be Productive’.
Seeing as he is still in bed at 10, I asked him if he has read the book. He cut the call,” @Hauwa_L wrote.
