A viral video has surfaced online showing a disturbing incident in which a landlord in an undisclosed location released his dog to attack a tenant over a debt of N45,000. The video has sparked outrage and condemnation on social media.

According to eyewitnesses, the yet-to-be-identified landlord was seen in the video having an argument with the tenant who was trying to gain entry into the compound. The tenant had reportedly been waiting outside the gate for over two hours before the argument ensued. The tenant had politely asked why he was refused entry into the compound for so long, and the landlord claimed that he owed him N45,000. He further threatened to unleash his dog on the tenant if he didn't pay up.

The tenant, who revealed that he had been bitten before by the landlord's pet, dared him to carry out his threat. The landlord then proceeded to release the dog, which attacked the tenant. It took the intervention of other neighbors to quell the situation and also ensure the dog was returned to its cage.

It has been alleged that the landlord is notorious in the area for being ruthless. The incident has reignited the debate about the safety and rights of tenants in Nigeria, and many have called for the authorities to take action against the landlord for his actions. The video has since gone viral on social media, with many expressing shock and outrage at the landlord's behavior.

The identity of the landlord and tenant involved in the incident has not been revealed, and it is unclear whether any legal action will be taken against the landlord.
