A young Nigerian lady recounts how she cut ties with a suitor who invited her on a date but declined to cover the cost of her hairdo.
A social media user identified as @Crystabel_bmg shared her story on the video-sharing platform, TikTok, detailing her experience with a potential romantic interest.
According to the lady, the man invited her over, but she felt uncomfortable with her untidy hair and requested financial assistance from him to enhance her appearance for the meetup.
Disappointingly, when he declined and suggested she shouldn't bother, she blocked him from all her social media platforms.
She clarified that while she could afford the hairdo herself, she expected him to cover the expense as a gesture of care and consideration.
