According to Mr. Osigwe, recent investigations were conducted regarding allegations surrounding Miss Mmesoma Ejikeme's 2023 UTME examination results. Initially, it was reported that she had achieved exceptionally high scores on the exam, which led to her being granted the scholarship by Innoson Automobile Company. However, subsequent reports raised concerns about discrepancies in her UTME score, prompting Innoson to seek clarification from JAMB. In order to give Miss Mmesoma the opportunity to present her perspective, direct dialogue was initiated between her and the company.

Furthermore, a committee established by Governor Charles Soludo conducted an independent investigation into the matter. The results of this thorough inquiry have now confirmed that Miss Mmesoma manipulated her UTME results. This conclusion is deeply disappointing and goes against the core values upheld by Innoson Vehicles, particularly with regard to their scholarship program.

As a reflection of their commitment to honesty, integrity, and merit-based recognition, Innoson Automobile Company has made the difficult decision to revoke the scholarship that was awarded to Miss Mmesoma Ejikeme. The company stands firm in its principles and remains dedicated to supporting deserving students, investing in the future of the education sector, and upholding the highest ethical standards.

Mr. Osigwe acknowledged that this development is regrettable and has understandably caused disappointment among those who supported Miss Mmesoma. However, he assured that Innoson Vehicles will continue its mission to provide assistance to deserving students, contribute to the advancement of the education sector, and maintain unwavering adherence to ethical practices.
