A young Nigerian man shared his distressing experience after reportedly falling victim to a POS scam at Computer Village, where he allegedly received papers instead of real money from a shopless POS agent.
The incident, captured in a recent post, has garnered significant attention on social media platforms, accumulating likes and shares.
In the video titled “Welcome to Computer Village, Ikeja,” the young man can be seen attempting to count the money he supposedly withdrew through a POS agent he encountered on the street, who lacked a shop.
He recounted discovering numerous paper-sized items resembling real money after the POS agent disappeared, repeatedly counting to confirm if he was hallucinating or truly being scammed.
As he continued counting, a voice in the background expressed pity for the boy. Eventually, the young man was shown placing his hands on his head in anguish after realizing he had allegedly been scammed out of an undisclosed sum of money.
The video depicting this unfortunate event attracted many social media users, who flooded the comments section to react after it circulated online.
