A 300 level female student at the University of Jos, identified as Anita, has been placed in police custody after stabbing her male neighbor in the chest. The incident occurred during the ongoing exams at the university when Anita, angered by her neighbor playing loud music while she was trying to study, took drastic measures.
Unable to tolerate the disturbance, Anita locked her neighbor's door with a padlock, leaving him inside. Despite his pleas, she refused to open the door for an hour until she handed the key to another neighbor. When the door finally opened, the male neighbor and his friend approached Anita to inquire about her behavior, leading to a confrontation where she allegedly stabbed him in the chest before retreating to her room.
