In a recent exclusive interview with Legit.ng, Splendour Emmanuel, a 20-year-old Nigerian lady hailing from Anambra, shared her compelling reasons for aspiring to join the Nigerian military, specifically aiming for a position in the esteemed Nigerian Air Force.

The determined young lady, who has already captured attention with her unwavering commitment, shed light on the driving force behind her ambitious pursuit. Despite facing a five-year gap since completing her secondary education, Splendour's dedication to her dreams remains unshaken.

Having recently celebrated success in her National Examinations Council (NECO) exam, Splendour expressed her deep-seated desire to serve in the armed forces. Her journey gained social media attention in October when she shared her achievements on Facebook, overcoming initial setbacks due to academic hurdles.

When questioned about her motivation for choosing a military career, Splendour simply stated, "No specific reason. Just the passion to be in the job. The passion is motivating me."

Remarkably, Splendour has gone the extra mile by obtaining army camouflage from her military connections, showcasing her proactive approach to preparing for her envisioned role. Addressing familial support, she disclosed that her parents stand firmly behind her decision to join the Nigerian Air Force, stating, "They are in full support."

Currently, Splendour is an active member of the MOD (Man of Order and Discipline), a paramilitary organization in the Catholic Church, further highlighting her commitment to a life of order and service.
