Kevin de Bruyne is still sidelined and will not feature in Manchester City’s upcoming Premier League match against Bournemouth on Saturday.
Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, recently shared an update on the Belgian midfielder's condition, stating that although he has returned to the club’s training sessions, he is not yet at the fitness level required for competitive matches.
Guardiola commented, “Kevin de Bruyne can’t play yet. Hopefully, after the international break, he will feel good.”
“He feels better and can participate in training, but he still experiences pain when he kicks the ball, which prevents him from competing at the necessary level.”

De Bruyne, who is 33 years old, had also missed approximately four months of action last season following a significant hamstring surgery.
