Juventus winger Federico Chiesa, who was previously considered a potential target for Barcelona, has now signaled his willingness to join Liverpool.
Although Barcelona showed initial interest in Chiesa, the Catalan club has yet to present a formal offer. As a result, Chiesa has reportedly given Liverpool the green light for a potential transfer. Barcelona's discussions with Chiesa's agent, Fali Ramadani, did not advance to direct negotiations with Juventus, according to reports from Football Espana.
Despite Chiesa's openness to a move to Barcelona, Liverpool's approach appears to be gaining more traction at this time.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has reported that Chiesa is prepared to complete a move to Anfield, with a deal likely to be finalized for a fee in the range of €12-15 million. The winger's expected salary of €4-5 million per year is also not anticipated to be an issue for Liverpool.
