Reports indicate that Manchester City is open to negotiating Silva's departure, provided they receive an offer around the £75 million mark. According to renowned transfer window specialist Fabrizio Romano, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) considers Silva a top target, with the club's sports adviser eager to secure his services. However, reaching an agreement might prove challenging due to Manchester City's significant fee demands. PSG director Luis Campos holds a strong connection with Silva from their time together at Monaco, adding an interesting dynamic to the potential transfer.

Despite still having two years remaining on his contract with Manchester City and Transfermarkt estimating his value at 80 million euros, it remains uncertain whether the English club will let the rhythm of the transfer window and the player's price be influenced by PSG or any other club. There have been rumors in France that PSG offered Italian internationals Gianluigi Donnarumma or Marco Verratti as potential part-exchanges in a deal for Silva. However, it appears that Pep Guardiola is not interested in acquiring Donnarumma as a goalkeeper or Verratti as a midfielder as part of the negotiations.

Donnarumma, who joined PSG as a free agent from Milan in the summer of 2021, has recently solidified his position as the undisputed first-choice goalkeeper. Verratti, on the other hand, has been with PSG since 2012 but has experienced strained relations with the local fans, leading to speculation about a potential exit.

Despite the ongoing developments and interest from PSG, it remains to be seen where Bernardo Silva's future lies and whether Manchester City will ultimately agree to his departure.

Bernardo Silva still has two years of contract with the Cityzens, and with his value being estimated at 80 million euros by Transfermarkt, it will be hard to see the leaders of the English club letting the rhythm of the transfer window and the price of their player be dictated by Paris or another club.

There are reports in France that Paris Saint-Germain offered Italy internationals Gianluigi Donnarumma or Marco Verratti to Manchester City for Bernardo Silva.

According to Foot Mercato and le10sport, the pair of Italians were put forward as potential part-exchanges in the deal that would’ve brought Bernardo Silva to Paris.
