Tunji Balogun, better known as Teebillz, Tiwa Savage's ex-husband, has said that Davido would have been the biggest African act if not for Covid-19.
Following the recent international honors won by Davido's contemporaries Wizkid and Burna Boy, the talent management made the announcement.
Teebillz claims that his future in-laws would have been greater and better than other African artists, and that none would have come close to his musical status if it hadn't been for Covid-19, who put 2020 on lockdown and halted his U.S. Mega Tour.
Davido will need to cut off 70% of the DMW men around him, according to Teebillz, in order to finally achieve this achievement. He claims that his entourage of "yes men" is not giving him the truth about his music or lifestyle. He counseled him to muster the fortitude to sever his ties with them and reconstruct his cycle.
This unwanted advise comes just weeks after Davido lost Obama DMW, a close friend and associate.
