Nigerian media personality, Yinka Theisen, has stirred reactions online after she boldly slammed critics who dragged her for showing love on Linc Edochie’s page, despite their messy public breakup that played out weeks ago.
The drama began over the weekend when Linc shared a fresh video on his official Facebook page. To the surprise of many, Yinka dropped love emojis in the comment section, sparking heated conversations among fans and followers.
While some social media users saw her gesture as harmless, others quickly criticized her, questioning why she was still engaging with Linc’s content after previously blasting both him and the Edochie family during their fallout.
Responding to the backlash, Yinka fired back at the critics, asking why supporters of May Edochie still follow and interact with Linc even though they openly despise his younger brother, Yul Edochie. According to her, it is hypocritical to single her out for doing the same thing they practice.
Going further, Yinka addressed those who suggested she should cut ties with Linc, boldly questioning why she would leave him in the first place. In her words, she emphasized her admiration for him and rhetorically asked why anyone would abandon something good.
Her statement read:
“You want me to leave Linc? Who no like better thing?”
The post has since gone viral across Facebook and other platforms, with fans divided over whether Yinka’s continued interaction with Linc means there is still affection between them or whether it is simply her being unbothered by the past.
It will be recalled that Yinka and Linc’s relationship collapsed just a few weeks after they made it public, a development that shocked many fans who had celebrated their union. Despite the separation, it appears Yinka is not ready to distance herself completely from him.
