Netizens criticize self-proclaimed entertainer Tunde Ednut for endorsing the bullying of prominent football player Alex Iwobi.
Footballer Alex Iwobi faced severe criticism for his performance in the 2-1 loss to Nigeria in the AFCON championship match against Cote d’Ivoire.
Iwobi, whose performance was deemed subpar, became the target of harsh abuse on social media from Nigerians.
Responding to this, Tunde Ednut reposted a video mocking Iwobi and criticizing him for posts on his Instagram that, in Ednut's opinion, don't align with the profile of a football player.
The man went on to describe Iwobi as an ‘Azaman’ instead.
Captioning the video, Tunde wrote:

Shortly afterwards, Alex Iwobi deleted nearly all of his Instagram posts, leaving just one.
Ednut saw this move as well and reposted, stating: “As una don cuuuurse am for all him pictures, Iwobi has deleted all his pictures and videos leaving just one image on his page. It’s not fair what you guys are doing.”
However, social media users have dragged Tunde Ednuut for bullying Alex Iwobi into deleting his posts on his Instagram page. Read the comments below…
