Susan Pwajok, a popular Nollywood actress, has addressed and refuted viral reports suggesting a romantic relationship between herself and Nigerian singer Ruger.
During an appearance on MTV Base Africa's Let's Get Chatty, Pwajok firmly dismissed the rumors, asserting that they are fake news until she personally confirms otherwise.
She stated, "At the end of the day, it's a rumor until you see or hear it from my mouth. Until I come and say I'm dating this person, please, it's fake news. Even if you see a video of me kissing the person, it's fake until I say yes, I'm with this person."
Last year, Ruger had initially denied the rumors during Clout Africa's Clout Talk Concert 2.0 but later admitted to dating Pwajok in an Instagram post. However, Pwajok has now denied the rumors, emphasizing that they will remain mere speculations until she personally confirms any romantic involvement.
Genoveva Umeh, Pwajok's colleague, sought clarification regarding the rumors of her dating a prominent individual. Pwajok responded by reiterating that the news is fake until she confirms it herself.
The rumors of Pwajok's alleged relationship with Ruger had circulated widely on social media, generating speculation and curiosity among fans. However, Pwajok's recent statement has effectively quelled the rumors, at least for the time being. Neither Ruger nor Pwajok has provided any further comments on the matter, leaving their relationship status to remain private and undisclosed.
