The Ondo chef, Adeyeye Adeola, allegedly extinguished the gas burner during the cook-a-thon and indulged in the food she had prepared. Adeola embarked on a mission to break the Guinness World Record for the longest individual cooking marathon, surpassing Hilda's previous achievement of a 150-hour cook-a-thon. The ongoing event takes place at the TMF Lounge and Bar in Ile Oluji, Ondo state, Nigeria. Despite one of the rules of the Guinness World Record specifying that the gas burner should not be turned off during the race, reports and a video circulating on social media show the Ondo chef disregarding this rule and comfortably enjoying one of her dishes.
