In recent developments, the well-known rapper, Naira Marley, and the socialite, Sam Larry, have reportedly been granted bail after spending an extended period in detention due to their suspected connection to the tragic demise of Mohbad.
Online sources indicate that both individuals are now required to meet certain conditions to secure their release. Each of them must provide three sureties and a substantial sum of 20 million naira as part of their bail terms.
Additionally, the court has ordered them to surrender their foreign passports and appear weekly at the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID) as an extra stipulation for their bail agreement.
Notably, the magistrate overseeing the case issued a stern warning, emphasizing that any attempt to contact her will be documented and potentially disclosed during public court proceedings.
