A video capturing the meeting between singer Portable and Afrobeat artist Tiwa Savage on the red carpet of the British Fashion Awards has set social media abuzz.
Skepta, the British-Nigerian rapper, who had introduced the Zazuu music phenomenon in London shortly after Portable gained fame, extended an invitation to Portable to join him at the London British Fashion Awards.
Looking dapper in a two-piece jacket combo and stylish trainers, Portable's stylish appearance garnered attention. However, it was the video of Portable meeting Tiwa Savage, also present at the event, that went viral on social media.
The Zazuu Crooner approached Tiwa Savage with his characteristic joy, offering her warm greetings and prayers. Tiwa Savage, in turn, welcomed him with a bright smile, opened her arms for a warm embrace, and laughed heartily at Portable's hilarious chants, referring to her as his godmother.
