Leaked chats, which are claimed to be between Davido and Larry Gaga, have shed light on the controversy surrounding Abu Salami calling out the Afrobeat artist due to an alleged unpaid debt.
It's worth noting that businessman Abu Salami had previously called out Davido, accusing him of owing N218 million and breaching a contract.
Shortly after these allegations, the situation took a legal turn. Davido reportedly had Abu Salami arrested on charges of signature forgery and other offenses. This action followed Abu Salami's claims that the musician owed his football academy substantial sums of money.
In addition to these accusations, Abu Salami was also accused of cyberbullying and cyberstalking.
In a new update, some chats have made their way to the internet, where Davido complained about how Abu Salami embarrassed him publicly and how he couldn’t enjoy his twins’ birth because of the news.
The chat also revealed that Davido was instructed not to pay Abu Salami any money and instead take the matter the court
