Nollywood actress, Halima Abubakar, marked a significant moment by making her first public appearance in nearly two years, overcoming an undisclosed illness that kept her away from the public eye.
Amidst the ongoing Governorship election in Kogi State, the actress stepped out to fulfill her civic responsibility, sharing the proud moment online with photos and clips from the event.

Sharing photos and clips online, she expressed her honour at being back in her state, noting that it marked her first outing in two years.
Expressing gratitude to God, Halima Abubakar expresses joy for returning to her hometown to be part of a history-making activity.
“It was an honor Kogi state. Nothing like home🙏 Kogi state election👏🏾 My first outing in 2years🎉 God showed up for me 🙏🙏Amb halima Abubakar,” she wrote.
It is worth noting that Halima had been sick after her alleged relationship with the controversial man of God, Apostle Suleman. Despite the preacher denying their relationship, the actress insisted that her life turned miserable after they parted sideways and has since been bedridden until now.
