Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele has spoken up as she refutes all allegations levelled against her regarding the death of late Jenifa’s Diary actress, Jumoke Aderounmu.

The brother to the late actress claimed that Funke never reached out to his sister throughout the period of her illness despite their efforts to reach her.
This accusation has brought Funke Akindele under heavy backlash with a netizen wishing death on her.
She narrated how she met Jumoke, they collaborated on the Jenifa’s Diary project, she got paid and they went their separate ways.
She also recalled asking after Jumoke, after which she requested to get on a job and she kept that in mind.
Then in recent development, she saw the post her brother made and reached out to him, explaining that she was unaware of Jumoke’s illness and he didn’t reply.
The actress broke down in tears, stating that she have had her bad experiences including losing her mother and her marriages but saying that she will bury her children is way out of line.
