Passionate fans of Wizkid have unearthed an old video, shedding light on the reason why the renowned singer seemingly threw a shade at music executive Don Jazzy recently.
The video, which captured Don Jazzy during a podcast appearance, was shared by Twitter user, @itzbasito.
In the footage, Don Jazzy can be heard discussing Burna Boy's stage performance, highlighting how the artist managed to perform for over two hours without splashing water on anybody. This remark elicited laughter from the other participants present during the podcast.
Although Don Jazzy admitted that some of his own artists engage in similar behavior, many interpreted his comment as a veiled jab at Wizkid, known for dousing his fans with water during his performances.
