The film's title, which is a Benin name, suggests that it has indigenous roots, making it no surprise that both actresses, who are from Edo state, were cast in it.
Phyna, who recently emerged as the winner of the reality TV show, BBNaija, is also part of the cast of the movie, and Etinosa took to social media to share photos from the movie set and commend Phyna for her acting prowess. She described Phyna as "an actor with a difference" and expressed her pride in working alongside her.
