Davido speaks on losing people close to him and dedicating a song on his album, Timeless to them.
While speaking in an interview at Beat FM, Davido, who released his album Timeless today, March 31 touched on losing people close to him.
It will be recalled that the singer lost his first son, Ifeanyi Adeleke on the 31st of October, 2023. When asked about the track on his album, Legends Can Never Die, LCND, he said it was dedicated to those who he has lost.
From losing his mom at 10 to losing his best friend, his bodyguard, and then his son. The singer shared that although they are gone, he still spiritually feels their presence around him.
He also said the song is for everyone out there who has lost one or two close people. Davido also shared that the song is the oldest on the album, and was recorded 2 years ago in Los Angeles.
