Renowned artist, Portable, provides insight into the circumstances surrounding an altercation that resulted in some alterations to his face. Initially accused of accepting payment for a performance and failing to show up, Portable has now clarified the sequence of events leading to the reported assault at his residence.
Contrary to earlier reports, Portable claims that the group responsible for the incident had traveled all the way from America to collaborate with him in a music gig.
In a new development, Portable has come out to claim that he had done a record for the group who allegedly came all the way from America [/b]to feature him in a music gig.
He was supposedly paid 2.5 Million naira for the work, but after completing the work and wanting to leave, he said that they refused to let him leave and demanded for their money back.
He said that they insisted that the money he collected from them was too much and they wanted it back.
