Pencil expressed his opinion that relying on Portable as a friend would be unwise due to his lack of dependability. According to Pencil, anyone who confides in Portable out of friendship is likely to suffer as a result.
Pencil went on to claim that Portable lacks genuine friendships and is more devoted to money, whether it be in pounds, dollars, or any other currency, than to any person. The comedian observed that Portable carries himself with pride and has been coasting on the success of a single song he released years ago.
During his speech, Pencil also questioned why people were willing to spend exorbitant amounts, up to N3 million, to hire Portable for performances and events. He concluded that Nigerians seemingly enjoy splurging money on what he perceives as low-quality entertainment, referring to it as "garbage."
In a video shared alongside the statement, Pencil can be seen addressing the audience, emphasizing his views on Portable's reliability and Nigerians' spending habits on entertainment. The comedian's show, Pencil Unbroken, is scheduled to take place on July 9.
