Ifeoluwa Gbadegeshin, a colleague and close friend of late [Murphy Afolabi], has come forward to refute claims that the actor hit his head in the bathroom before his death. Gbadegeshin disclosed that Murphy was actually recovering from an illness and had been attended to by a nurse shortly before the incident occurred. Shedding more light on the circumstances surrounding Murphy's passing, Gbadegeshin explained that the actor vomited and collapsed as he was on his way to take a bath. Unfortunately, by the time those present tried to assist him, it was already too late. This contradicts earlier reports suggesting that Murphy fell and sustained a head injury in the bathroom. Additionally, Gbadegeshin revealed that Murphy had been preparing for a production and had just concluded a phone call with someone he instructed to notify the movie's cast before his untimely demise.
