Upcoming artist, Young Duu, alleges that comedian-turned-artist Carter Efe fabricated false social media profiles under his identity to disparage Davido.
Recall that Young Duu entered a collaboration with Carter Efe subsequent to his altercation with Portable last year. In November, the pair jointly released a track titled ‘Oyinmo’ to formalize their collaboration.
However, their camaraderie deteriorated over disagreements regarding the distribution of royalties for the song, with Young Duu asserting that Carter Efe was cheating him.
In a recent video shared on his Instagram handle, he accused the comedian of setting up a fraudulent social media profile in his name to target Davido.
Young Duu expressed, “Carter Efe, may divine retribution befall you. You are utilizing a Twitter account under my identity to ridicule Davido. He might misconstrue the attacks as originating from me. This is unjust. You are deceitful.”
