Nigerian man recently shared a story about his friend who went to great lengths to support his girlfriend. According to the man, his friend was deeply in love with his girlfriend and agreed to her request to abstain from physical intimacy until marriage. In order to support her, he provided financial assistance, paid for her education at a polytechnic, covered her accommodations, and even gifted her a car after she graduated.
The friend's commitment to his girlfriend was evident as he rented a two-bedroom apartment for her after she completed her degree. However, the situation took a heartbreaking turn when the girlfriend suddenly disappeared. The friend patiently waited for her return, but discovered through social media that she had gotten married to someone else and was already three months pregnant during their introduction ceremony.
The girlfriend not only changed her contact information but also sold the car that was gifted to her to finance her marriage. To the friend's dismay, he was not invited to the wedding and was left feeling confused and betrayed by the sudden turn of events.
