The Nigerian lady who went on a house hunt in Lagos was disappointed with the state of a N1.5m apartment the agent took her to.
The apartment was in shambles and the lady repeatedly asked the agent, "you mean this is for N1.5m?". The lady was also taken to a N1.2m mini BQ apartment located in the same Ogudu area, but she was not impressed with the tiny kitchen and room which she claimed were not up to one square meter. Later, the lady was taken to another N1.5m apartment in Ogudu, but she didn't like the roof, although she would have managed the apartment if the roof was okay. She shared a video of her house hunt, expressing her disappointment with the apartments.
She was then taken to another N1.5m apartment in Ogudu with a roof she didn’t like. While the wardrobe and toilet were in a sorry state, the lady stated that she would have managed the apartment if the roof was okay.
