A woman, who has not yet been identified, has reportedly stolen a 6-month-old baby from his mother's salon at Kure Market in Minna, the capital of Niger state. The incident occurred on July 23rd, 2023. The baby boy, Chinedu Chukwueke, was taken from the salon on that day.

According to the father of the stolen child, the woman entered the salon pretending to want to learn how to work there. She took advantage of the situation and took the 6-month-old baby with her.
