A Nigerian preacher has sparked online reactions with his revelation of four supposedly critical reasons why a man needs a side chic.
In a video shared on Instagram, the preacher challenged the common perception by stating that, contrary to societal norms, men require the presence of another woman beside their spouses.

Firstly, he argued that it is a way for men to display foolishness. Drawing an analogy, he questioned why men continue seeking something they already have, likening it to searching for Coca-Cola when it's already in a bottle, can, or plastic.
The second reason he presented was related to untimely death. The preacher suggested that a man aiming for premature death should overwork his heart and body with unnecessary pursuits.
Another reason he pointed out is shame and disgrace. According to him, a man who welcomes shame and disgrace into his life is in need of a side chic because, inevitably, that's what he will attract.
