VC offers scholarship to 15-year-old who broke JAMB record

Lotanna Azuokeke, a 15-year-old boy from Ọba in Idemmili South LGA of Anambra State, Nigeria, recently broke the record for the highest score ever recorded in the Jamb exam, with an impressive score of 99 and an overall score of 337 out of 400. This achievement has earned him a full university scholarship.

According to reports by The Nation, the Vice Chancellor of Godfrey Okoye University (GOU), Enugu state, where Azuokeke will be studying medicine, Rev. Fr. Christian Anieke, made the announcement on Friday, May 5, during a ceremony where a university student was made the VC for a day. The scholarship is fully funded, covering Azuokeke's tuition and other expenses. This is a great achievement for Azuokeke, who attended Bishop Otubelu Juniorate, Trans Ekulu, Enugu State. His hard work and dedication have paid off, and he is now on his way to fulfilling his dreams of becoming a medical doctor. Congratulations to him!
