An eyewitness from the ongoing inquest into the late singer Mohbad's case has provided an update regarding the testimonies of the witnesses in the courtroom.
According to the eyewitness, Mohbad's father revealed more than anticipated, starting with a correction of his son's age from 27 to 26. This correction was made as he stated that his son was born on January 3rd. He claimed to have lived with his son for 18 years and clarified that he wasn't aware of any significant health issues except for an appendix condition when Mohbad was younger.
Furthermore, Mr. Joseph Aloba accused Mohbad's wife of being involved in a toxic relationship with the late singer. He insisted on being informed by his son about her affair with another man. It was alleged that she even put sleeping pills in the indomie she cooked for Mohbad. He claimed that she was cheating on him with someone within the Marlian community, and it was the wife of this person who informed him about the affair. Additionally, Mohbad's father revealed that Wunmi once went through his son's phone, showing him his chats with other women and accusing him of infidelity. He disclosed that she once left their home to spend about a week in a hotel.
Mohbad's mother also shared her perspective, stating that she only had a brief knowledge of Wunmi and that they were not friends, except for sharing the responsibility of looking after her grandson, Liam.

"I was present in court, witnessing the proceedings firsthand. The courtroom was filled with numerous witnesses related to Mohbad's case. This was a unique experience, unlike anything I've heard before. Mohbad's father corrected his son's age, stating that he was not 27 but 26, having been born on January 3rd. He mentioned that he lived with his son for 18 years and was unaware of any significant health issues, except for an appendix condition when Mohbad was younger.
"He recounted that upon hearing of his son's death, he visited Mohbad's house and noticed a cloth soaked in blood in his room. When he went downstairs, he discovered that his son had been embalmed using local methods, with cotton wool in his nose and salt on his chest.
"He further alleged that Mohbad and his wife had a toxic relationship, and his son had confided in him about his wife's infidelity. He claimed that she used to mix sleeping pills in the indomie she cooked for Mohbad and accused her of cheating with someone from the Marlian house, with the person's wife informing him of the affair. Mohbad's father also revealed that Wunmi once checked her son's phone, showing him conversations with other women and accusing him of being unfaithful. He mentioned that Wunmi had once left their home to spend about a week in a hotel."
