According to the family's statement, Sam Larry, whose real name is Samson Balogun, is not a member of the royal family, nor does he work for the royal family or the king in any capacity. The statement clarifies that Sam Larry, like numerous other celebrities, politicians, religious figures, and community leaders, has visited the palace solely to pay homage to the king and seek royal blessings, much like any other member of the public.
