On August 21, 2023, Palmpay posted an ad on their official account featuring an image of the singer. In response to this unauthorized use of his image, Speed Darlington, who hails from Imo state, has launched a lawsuit through his legal team. He is demanding a compensation fee of 200 million Naira from the management of the loan company.
The rapper chose to address the issue on his Instagram page, shedding light on the violation of his image rights. He also urged the platform to take corrective measures before he resorts to further legal actions.
